Personal
I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends and family, church and sports. I enjoy reading world news and events. Most of the friends have been my friend for many years. I have a very respectable family. The sports I watch include football, baseball, golf and basketball. Right now, the football is my favorite sport.

Review of exam 1 -Appropiability: how easy it is to have your computer imitate what you are doing, replication. Whether these are organized in a organized manner determines if they will be found later.

Example: In a programming class, it is important to work in a team. If you are fast and someone in the group is slow in the group, let them know how you overcome your challenges of being a slow programmer to be fast. Show your tips and shortcuts. Walk through one more time and even your understanding would impove. Could be called team or a community. Practice what you preach.

Knowledge Management
This blog covers knowledge management and other business theories that are used by companies to gain a strategic advantage over other companies and raise the business vision. The vision of a company could be to introduce innovative products to the market. In this case the company will want their knowledge managment to focus on innovation and products. The knowledge kept by a business must be useful in some way to that business. If it is not useful then the company is waisting time and money on resources that are not beneficial.
